Abstract

The field experiments were conducted to evaluate the bio efficacy of Acetamiprid 20 SP against sucking pests of okra. Acetamiprid 20 SP @ 40 and 30 g ai/ha, followed by Acetamiprid 20 SP @ 20 g ai/ha were found to be most effective in reducing the sucking pests population with maximum okra fruit yield (6.06 and 5.93 t/ha) and C:B (1:3.93 and 1:3.90) ratio. All the insecticides treatments were significantly superior in controlling the sucking pests with higher fruit yield and C: B ratio compared to untreated control.
