Investigations were carried out on seasonal incidence of spotted pod borer, Maruca testulalis (Geyer.) in greengram during kharif, 2008 at College Farm, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh. The pest appeared with population density of 0.75 larvae per plant during 5th week after sowing (32nd standard week) and reached to a peak population of 3.81 larvae per plant in 34th standard week (7th week after sowing). Among the weather parameters, minimum temperature (r= -0.559) exhibited highly significant negative correlation with the spotted pod borer population. Rest of the weather parameters were non-significantly correlated with the pest population.
