This paper describes the reduction of co channel interference in cellular system using the indirect reduction method. The indirect reduction methods can reduce the possible interferer signals in a macroscopically, predictive point of view. In indirect method, the reduction of co channel interference is done using different techniques which includes narrow beam adaptive antenna design, fractional cell loading factor and power control.
