The main objective of this study was to compare the cardiovascular endurance fitness among college level yoga students in Amravati district of Maharashtra State. The research involved 30 students, divided equally between those enrolled in Shri Shivaji College and the Degree College of Physical Education. Using the Harvard Step Test as a measurement tool, data were collected and analysed to determine differences in cardiovascular fitness. The findings indicated no significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that yoga practice may have a comparable impact on cardiovascular endurance across different college settings. The study highlights the importance of incorporating regular physical activity like yoga into student routines to promote heart health and overall fitness. Recommendations include further research across diverse age groups and sports disciplines to generalize findings and develop targeted fitness programs.
