This paper is a post-colonial reading of Anita Desai's Games at Twilight, Where Shall We go this Summer and Journey to Ithaca. The reading of these novels will bring out the praxis of colonialism and postcolonialism through the identity of the Other, wherein images of the exotic are propagated by the Other.
