The new Blair Towns at Maryland represent a “Smart Growth” approach to multi-family development. This 78-unit apartment community, comprising one four-story building and two three-story buildings, is a recipient of the Environmental Design & Construction Magazine Excellence in Design Award 2004 besides other building awards.
