Sony and Philips come out as the best color televisions (CTVs) in the Consumer VOICE tests of 12 brands. LG and Samsung may be the best selling TVs in India but Consumer VOICE finds them at the bottom of the 12-brand line-up when it comes to rating TVs on quality.
