Under the Municipal Energy Efficiency Program of USAID/US-Asia Environment Partnership, the Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) in Sri Lanka was selected for a study of energy efficiency in streetlighting. The study was conducted by The Sri Lanka Energy Managers Association (SLEMA) jointly with the Alliance to Save Energy, USA.
