Complex odontomas found less frequently when compared to compound odontoma, considered to be hamartamatous malformation rather than true neoplasm and are generally asymptomatic and may be discovered during routine radiographic investigations. Sometimes they may grow to a considerable size and may cause displacement of adjacent tooth, facial asymmetry, numbness of lower lip. Occasionally they may be infected and cause pain and swelling in their location. Here we report a case of Complex odontoma which was infected and resulted in an extraoral sinus formation.
