Anterior ridge deformities could be due to trauma, congenial defects, or periodontal problems. In such cases conventional fixed partial denture or Implants cannot be planned without surgical intervention and removable partial denture does not fulfill the requirements for esthetics, comfort and function. Andrews bridge system is a fixed partial denture which is the best treatment modality for such patients where conventional treatment options fail to provide the desired results. This case report explains fabrication of fixed removable denture to successfully rehabilitate a young patient with mandibular anterior ridge defect.
