Abstract

Rehabilitation of the patient with severely worn dentition is a complex procedure especially in distal extension cases. The Prosthesis fabricated should fulfill mechanical, biological and esthetically requirements. This case report describes a patient who was adaptive to a removable partial denture to restore vertical dimension for a period one month followed by rehabilitation with metal ceramic crowns and along with the use of extra-coronal attachment in mandibular Kennedy’s Class I situation.
