Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) is a uncommon, hemartomatous, benign, painless, non-invasive odontogenic tumor, having mostly a slow and sustained growth pattern. It comprises 3% of all odontogenic tumors. It is well encapsulated which allows its complete removal. It also presents a very low recurrence rate of only 0.2% making it unnecessary to carry out extensive and aggressive surgery. Therefore the most preferred treatment is enucleation along with the associated impacted tooth. Here we are presenting a rare case report of Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor of right maxilla associated with impacted maxillary canine and premolar in a 16 year old female patient which was treated by enucleation with uneventful outcome.
