Maryland Bridge is a minimally invasive treatment modality which can be employed for the replacement of a missing tooth when conservation of the abutment tooth structure is required. The Resin-bonded bridges are highly effective and successful treatment option & restore the oral function and esthetics and results in great patient satisfaction. However, careful planning is necessary and the technique demands precision and accuracy in relation to tooth preparation. This case report describes a step by step approach for the fabrication of a Resin-bonded fixed partial denture prosthesis in a patient with single missing maxillary premolar with be conservative and Esthetic treatment result.
