Treatment of immature teeth present a major endodontic challenge due to open apices and thin immature dentinal walls. Traditionally, Calcium hydroxide has been the material of choice for apexification. New perspectives arose in the practice of dentistry with the development of novel materials. This article presents two case reports with two novel apexification materials i.e. Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and Biodentine to restore traumatized teeth.
