Evidence based soft and hard tissue reconstruction includes an elaborate procedure in combination specially in sites where aesthetic is a concern. It is a challenging job to have a dual result of both aesthetic and functionality. This case describes the rehabilitation of an edentulous span that has been restored 3-dimensionally adjacent to the pontic area in a previous prosthodontically rehabilitated site with the use of CICGO (Corticotomy Inlay Connective Tissue Gingival Onlay)technique to increase the ridge volume both qualitatively and quantitatively.
