Abstract

Various procedures have been proposed in the literature to address dental anomalies, particularly those affecting the facial aesthetic zone. Common anomalies include tooth discoloration due to fluorosis, midline diastema, anterior teeth spacing, peg-shaped lateral incisors, rotated incisors, and congenitally missing anterior teeth. One of the most widely used treatment approaches for such cases involves the use of lithium disilicate material. This case report highlights the management of discoloration due to fluorosis in the maxillary anterior dentition, using E-max lithium disilicate veneers.
