Abstract

Full arch rehabilitation of patients often presents a challenge to the clinician. Replacing the natural teeth in normal occlusion is crucial. Additionallyprovisional restorations after implant placement are useful as a communication tool between members of the treatment team which, in most cases, consists of the restorative clinician, implant surgeons, laboratory technicians, and the patient. This case report presents comprehensive treatment plan for rehabilitation of maxillary full arch with multiunit screw retained prosthesis involves harmonization of occlusal plane using custom fabricated occlusal plane template, followed by insertion of immediate complete denture after implant placement.
