Behcet's disease or syndrome is a chronic multisystem disorder characterized mainly by a triad of recurrent aphthous stomatitis, genital ulcers, & ocular lesions. The unifying histologic reaction is a leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Early recognition & treatment of this condition may help prevent permanent sequelae such as blindness. The case report presents a chronic case of Behcet's syndrome with unusual findings of periodontal lesions & delayed healing of oral wounds along with its conservative and surgical management.
