Abstract

Oral rehabilitation of a patient with amelogenesis imperfecta from both the functional and esthetic standpoints presents a challenge. This is specifically in relation associated with the higher failure rate of composite restoration. An effort was made in this particular clinical case to increase the longevity of composite restoration using sodium hypochlorite as deproteinizing agent. Patient's esthetic and functional expectations were satisfied during 6 months follow up period.
