Abstract

Ameloblastic fibroma and related lesions are defined as neoplasms composed of proliferating odontogenic epithelium embedded in a cellular ectomesenchymal tissue that resembles Primitive Dental papilla, and with varying degrees of inductive change and dental hard tissue formation. We present a case report of a 9 yr old boy having ameloblastic fibroma of left side of mandible, with gross destruction of left mandible. Enucleation was done surgically and the case follow-up was done till 6 months, which revealed an excellent prognosis.
