The incidence of dental trauma is on the rise due to the increase in dangerous activities and sports that involve children and adults. Development of the adhesive materials creates new perspectives in reconstruction of fractured teeth conservatively. The introduction of composite in combination with the use of acid-etch technique to bond composite to enamel, and placement of fibre reinforced posts has made restoration possible forthe fractured teeth, with little or no additional tooth preparation.
The aim of this case report is to present the reattachment of the original tooth fragment for reconstructing crown fracture of a permanent maxillary incisor.
