To present a case of attrited and missing teeth which was managed with complete mouth rehabilitation.
The initial treatment was removal of faulty fixed dental prosthesis and raising bite with occlusal splint for 6 weeks. This was followed by two visit teeth preparation, cementing provisional restoration for 4 weeks and final metal ceramic fixed partial dentures.
Esthetic and function were improved significantly.
