Prosthetic rehabilitation with combined regenerative and resective periodontal surgery - A case report

The complete rehabilitation of both esthetics and function of mutilated dentition is often a dream for the patient but a great clinical challenge to the dentist. Improving the facial esthetics in a severely periodontally compromised condition requires the combined use of periodontic-prosthodontic techniques. This case report depicts the restoration of facial esthetics and the functional rehabilitation of a mutilated dentition with an interdisciplinary approach.
