Suicidal intake of various drugs and chemical are often encountered but accidental administration of various drugs/chemicals in dentistry is a rarity.The present case report delineates a case of unintentional intraoral dministration of formalin during inferior alveolar nerve block due to improper labeling on the local anesthetic bottle.
