Endodontic literature is replete with various presentations of endo-perio lesions. But in our clinical practice each case presents itself as a different clinical entity. Although it is common to see and treat endo -perio cases with single root canal. We present here with a clinical dilemma where in fused mandibular anterior teeth were involved in endo-perio lesion.
