Pleomorphic adenoma involving the nasal septum - A case report

Pleomorphic adenomas are the most common benign tumor arising from the Major salivary glands, most commonly from the parotid gland. In addition to the major salivary glands, they can also occur in the salivary glands of the hard and soft palate. Rare cases have been reported in the nasopharynx, oropharynx, hypopharynx, larynx, trachea and lacrimal glands. Here, we report a case of Pleomorphic adenoma involving the nasal septum of a 48 year old female patient who reported to a private clinic with nasal obstruction and a polypoid mass in the right nasal cavity along with occasional episodes of bleeding from nose.
