Intentional reimplantation is an accepted endodontic procedure, for teeth that would be difficult to treat by traditional root canal therapy or when endodontic surgery is not an option. In this case report, intentional reimplantation is described as a treatment approach, for the first case with failed root canal therapy with broken instrument and persistent pain in mandibular first molar and for second case of iatrogenic perforation in lower central incisor. At 6 months follow up, both the patients were asymptomatic and returned with favourableresults, that might indicate the possibility of successful technique for otherwise hopeless complications of endodontic therapy.
