Abstract

A patient reported with permanent bilaterally fused mandibular central and lateral incisors. A lingual developmental groove was present at the fusion line in fused teeth on the right side that had resulted in the acute apical abscess formation. Root canal treatment was done on the tooth and restored with composite resin.
