Schwannoma also known as Neurilemmoma, is a benign slow growing neoplasm derived from Schwann cells of the peripheral nerves. 25% to 45% of these lesions are found in head and neck region out of which 20% to 58% arise in the oral cavity and approximately 10% of these lesions are located in hard palate. S-100 is the widely used antibody for confirmation of this neoplasm. We report the case of a patient with Schwannoma of hard palate.
