Abstract

Panfacial trauma poses a challenge for treatment both for fracture management and airway management. Surgeons need to use occlusion as a guide for fracture management and want tube to be out of operating field We present a case report on use of submental intubation as an alternative to tracheostomy with less morbidity and without much technical expertise
