Platelet concentrates are replacing ancient generation autografts in recent times. Concentrated Growth Factor (CGF) is a new generation platelet concentrate containing ample amount of growth factors necessary to accelerate the bone healing process thus reducing the osseointegration time required for dental implant restoration. This case report presents the usage of concentrated growth factor in implant dentistry with beneficial outcome.
