Abstract

Foliar sprays of Salicylic acid (SA), Acetyl salicylic acid (ASA) and Sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) increased osmotic potential, total soluble sugar and relative water content (RWC) in the groundnut leaves. The treatment with ASA showed higher osmotic pressure (O.P) in groundnut leaves.
