Abstract

A significant increase in number of fruits per tree was noticed due to soil application of paclobutrazol, followed by pruning of root twice. Sea water (50%) spray resulted in significantly high fruit weight. While in case of fruit yield, it was significantly higher in soil application of paclobutrazo, followed by root pruning twice and bark painting PBZ @ R.D. over control and as compared to other treatments.
