Plant with an extra telochromosome in its normal (2n) complement is telotrisomic. One such plant of Coix gigentea Koen Ex Roxb., was isolated from the selfed progeny of monosomic-telotrisomic, a two-in-one aneuploid, and studied cytologically. The behaviour and inheritance of telochromosome showed chances of occurence of aneuploids with variable number of telochromosome in the selfed progeny of such plants.
