The paper presents a case of 65 yrs old male, presented with painless mass in the epigastric region of which laparoscopic biopsy was done. Histopathological study revealed oncocytoma of pancreas. It was clinically diagnosed as malignancy in the epigastric region. On ultrasonography, evidence of involvement of multiple preaortic, paraaortic and portahepatic lymph nodes was revealed. Though rare, oncocytoma of pancreas should be included in the differential diagnoses of tumors/malignancies of pancreas.
