Abstract

Pigeonpea based intercropping systems gave significantly higher pigeonpea equivalent yield as compared with sole cropping. The gross monetary return was maximum with pigeonpea + Mungbean (1:2) intercropping system.Application of vermicompost@ 2.5 t ha−1 was found less remunerative than FYM @ 5.0 t ha−1. Higher net monetary return (NMR) was recorded due to the application of 100% RDF.
