Abstract

The Integrated nutrient management (INM) treatments viz., FYM @ 10 t/ha + 100% Recommended dose of NPK recorded higher grain yield (3200 kg ha−1) as compared to application of NPK alone (2055 kg ha−1). The INM treatment (FYM+ Rec. NPK) with mono-cropping recorded higher Sustainability Yield Index (0.70) followed by with rotation over 9 years (0.55). Application of FYM significantly increased the organic carbon status of the soil. Its application with NPK significantly increased organic carbon, available NPK, Ca, Mg, S and micronutrients in the soil.
