Abstract

Application of FYM (12.5 t ha−1) + Biodigester liquid manure (equivalent at 150 kg N ha−1) recorded significantly higher nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake (185.5, 38.5 and 181.1 Kg ha−1, respectively) and increased yield attributes of maize viz., grain weight per cob (105.2 g), number of seeds per cob (421.0), number of rows per cob (15.1 g), cob girth (15.6 cm) and cob length (17.0 cm). Lower nutrient uptake and yield attributes were recorded in the treatment receiving FYM (7.5 t ha−1) + biodigester liquid manure (equivalent @ 75 kg N ha−1).
