Neon tetra (Paracheirodon innesi) an ornamental fish was induced to spawn using gonadotropin hormone. Live food (Artemia nauplii) was used as sGnRH delivery system to induce spawning. Artemia nauplii mediated sGnRHhormone delivery system at 100 μg hormone dose for 30 minutes yielded highest spawning response.
