Abstract

Fourteen different solid and liquid media were used to study growth, sporulation and cultural characteristics of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum causing Anthracnose disease of dolichos. Among solid media Richard's agar while liquid media too Richard's broth supported maximum growth and sporulation of C. lindemuthianum.
