Abstract

Variation between leaf and neck blast cultures was confirmed by RAPD analysis by using RAPD primers OPB-04, OPB-10, OPB-7 and PYRMS 101–102. Among the Four primers used for RAPD analysis, only OPB-10 and OPB-7 showed amplification.
