Undecanal and no-nanalblends elicited response in female greater wax moth (GWM), One to four moths out of 30 exhibited stationary fanning, ambulation, ambulatory fanning, hovering, searching and circling. The blend in the proportion of 30:70 elicited maximum response in case of female moths. The 3 to 5 days old moths showed maximum responses to binary blend between 7 to 9 pm, when more than 60 per cent moths exhibited pheromone specific behavioral patterns. The funnel trap with the best blend was used for attracting female GWM,however, only few moths were trapped.
