During field survey of Western Maharashtra, Specimens of Genus Grewia L were collected. After critical investigations, it was observed that two taxa among them were not earlier reported from Western Maharashtra. Present paper deals with these two new records to the flora of Western Maharashtra viz Grewia damine Gaertn and Grewia helicterifolia Wall. ex. G. Don with citation, short description, phenologyand notes.
