Abstract

Studies were undertaken to optimize pH and temperature for maximum de-colorization of textile dye (reactive blue 59) by Rhizobium sp. F5 isolated from soil contaminated with textile industry effluent. The pH 7.0 and 30° C temperature were optimum for maximum de-colorization of reactive blue 59.
