Abstract

Application of phosphorus @ 40 kg ha−1 recorded significantly higher plant height, number of branches/plant, number of root nodules/plant, number of pods/plant, pod length, number of seeds/pod, seed yield/plant, seed yield, stover yield and maximum harvest index, over the application of 20 and 0 kg ha1phosphorus. Soil application of liquid PSB recorded significantly higher yield attributes and yield of green gram. The interaction effect between phosphorus and PSB was found to be significant, and the treatment combination of 40 kg ha−1 phosphorus with soil application of liquid PSB gave maximum grain and stover yield than other treatments combinations.
