Relationship between characteristics of cotton growers and their management efficiency

Present investigation was undertaken in Vadodara district of Gujarat state, with 120 respondents. The information on characteristics of cotton growers was collected with the help of interview schedule. The findings revealed that the independent variables e.g. education, experience in cotton cultivation, social participation, extension contact, mass media exposure, cosmopoliteness, scientific orientation, economic motivation, education, risk orientation and knowledge had positive and highly significant correlation with management efficiency of cotton growers.
