Abstract

Adsorption of lead was higher in polluted soils as compared to unpolluted soils. The Langmuir and freundlich adsorption isotherms recorded highest binding energy (k) and adsorption maxima (b) in Hoskerhallli polluted soils as compared to unpolluted soils.
