Abstract

The activities of defense enzymes viz., phenol peroxidase, Polyphenol oxidase, β 1,3 glucanase, catalase increased due to azoxystrobin 25 SC and bioagents sprayed chilli plants. In addition expression of specific isoforms of PO, PPO, 1, 3 glucanase, catalase and protein profile in the treated plants was observed.
