Spray of Tilt 25 EC (0.01%) gave complete control of yellow rust as well as increased grain yield and thousand grain weight followed by that of Bayleton 25 WP at 0.1% and Folicur 250 EC at 0.1%. Minimum percentage disease control and lowest thousand grain weight was observed in plots treated with one spray of Bavistin. While lowest yield was obtained in plots treated with three sprays of Indofil M-45.
