A field survey carried out in carrot growing areas around Bangalore district revealed maximum occurrence of M. incognita followed by Hoplolaimus indicus and Belonolaimus longicaudatus in Upparahalli village of Hoskote Taluk. Similarly the population of M. incognita in root was higher followed by Hoplolaimus indicus and Belonolaimus longicaudatus.
